This World Bank project is being undertaken under the Financial Sector Modernization Project 2 for Azerbaijan, which is funded by the State Secretariat of Economic Affairs of Switzerland (SECO).
Key outputs of the project include:
- A Policy Note setting out the results of the 2017 review market practices and related legal and regulatory framework relating to non-bank institutions that provide credit facilities to consumers
- A Technical Note on Internal Dispute Resolution Guidelines for Financial Services Providers
Ros was the lead consumer protection consultant for the Project up to the end of 2018.
