Mozambique: Financial Consumer Protection and Financial Literacy Diagnostic Review and Implementation Support (2014 – 2015)

The 2014 World Bank diagnostic review provided a detailed assessment of the insurance, private pensions and securities sectors in Mozambique. This CPFL review complemented the 2012 diagnostic review of Mozambique’s banking and non-bank credit institutions sectors. The project also includes ongoing support for the implementation of key recommendations made in the reviews.

Rwanda: Financial Consumer Protection, Financial Literacy Diagnostic Review and Implementation Support (2013- 2015)

This World Bank project involved a 2013 diagnostic review of Rwanda’s institutional, legal and regulatory framework for financial consumer protection in the banking, microfinance and insurance sectors in Rwanda and a subsequent 2015 review of the securities and private pensions sectors. The project also included ongoing support for the implementation of key recommendations made in the reviews.
